AFFINITY
BRUT
“A signature House classic,
defined by uncompromising quality.”
The "AFFINITY" vintage is the product of a delicate union of three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay, characteristic of our AOP Champagne. The wines selected for this vintage originate exclusively from the first press. They undergo traditional vinification, partially in oak, without malolactic fermentation. Subsequently, they are blended with a portion of our SOLERA perpetual reserve, which imparts a nuanced complexity to AFFINITY, along with delicate fruity aromas and a remarkable freshness and vinosity on the palate.
