The consumer declares to have read the following provisions before placing an order in the shop.
By choosing to buy products online, you accept the terms set out below.

 

PRICE

All the prices indicated in our catalog are in Euro, departure from Damery (France) and 20% VAT.

Transport costs are calculated automatically when placing the order.

The references and prices presented on this website are purely indicative and are in no way contractual.

 

REGULATION

Payment is made when ordering either by credit card under secure payment (SSL), or by postal check or money order, or by check in Euro.

 

DELIVERY OUTSIDE FRANCE

However, you can order by sending us the order form online or print it and return it to us at yannick.prevoteau@orange.fr We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delivery costs.

 

VALIDITY  of a  ORDERED

From the last "click of acceptance", the order is considered irrevocable and can only be called into question in the limited cases provided for below.

A confirmation email will be returned to you once the order has been placed.

By keeping this email and/or printing it, you have proof of your order that we recommend that you keep.

This last "click" is assimilated to the handwritten signature referred to in article 1341 of the French Civil Code.

By sending the order form, you authorize Champagne Yannick Prévoteau to debit your payment card for the total amount of your order. The order will be validated after authorization of the transaction from the buyer's bank.

 

COSTS  SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and stipulated online on the order form. They depend on the number of bottles. The sending is generally done by La Poste in Colissimo up to 12 and 24 bottles, beyond that we use a classic carrier.

Transport is free from 78 bottles delivered in mainland France.

DELIVERIES

The products ordered will be delivered using the carrier of our choice.

The maximum expected delivery time is 8 (eight) working days for France from the validation of the buyer's bank details (except in the event of a stock shortage).

Important: Our goods, whatever the method of shipment or payment, always travel at the risk and peril of the recipient who must check his packages on arrival in order to be able, in the event of damage or missing items, to make the necessary reservations. with the sole responsible carrier. (art. 104, 105, of the Commercial Code).

For reasons of delivery times, plan ahead, order early enough to be delivered when you want.

 

RETURN  OF  DELIVERY

The consumer has a period of 7 working days to return, at his expense, champagnes that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the consumer's order. If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.

JURISDICTION

In the event of a dispute or dispute, only the Court of Reims will have jurisdiction, also in the event of multiple defendants or warranty claims.

Access to your data is limited to the staff of our winery, who are subject to an obligation of confidentiality and can only use your data in accordance with our contractual provisions and applicable legislation.

Apart from the carrier who should possibly deliver your orders to you, we undertake not to sell, rent or give access to third parties to your data without your prior consent, unless we are forced to do so for a legitimate reason ( legal obligation, fight against fraud, exercise of the rights of defence, etc.). We also do not transfer your personal data outside the European Union.

In accordance with the provisions in force of the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978  and from May 25, 2018, to those of European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data , you have the right to access, rectify, portability and delete your data, or to limit the processing carried out on this same data.
