A light and subtle rosé champagne.
Blended rosé made from our HERITAGE cuvée to which 10 to 12% natural red wine from Champagne is added. This red wine is made with grapes from old Pinot vines black located in Damery. This marriage allows to obtain subtle aromas of red fruits while preserving freshness and tonicity.
Assembly :
Vinification in red (10-12%) composed of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% miller.
White vinification composed of:
35% Pinot Noir
35% Pinot Meunier
30% Chardonnayof which 40% reserve wines.
