The winery now operates:

10 hectares of vineyard spread over 9 terroirs and more than 63 plots.​

The plots extend from the Right Bank of the Marne Valley, Ay Grand Cru, to the Coteaux Sud d'Epernay,
Pierry 1erCru, to the slopes of Vitryat.

A pretty palette where the 3 main grape varieties used in Champagne flourish: ​

• Chardonnay for 20%

• Pinot noir for 35%

• Pinot Meunier for 45%

• Our practice of viticulture is particularly concerned with the preservation of the biodiversity and the ecosystem of our terroir. We limit our carbon footprint as well as our needs to preserve water resources.
