This is not a return to ancestral cultural methods or folklore!

Our approach is much more serious.

As soon as possible, our house experiences how the vineyard is grown, which is closer to its convictions and values.

From the most modern, with UV, to the oldest, with the horse to plowing and weeding the vine, we experiment.

It is on our plot of Pierry that we chose to stage Happy’s work.

His work is more precise than with the strider,

It reduces the pressure on the soil and promotes the rooting of the vine. Of course, it is slower. But champagne also needs time to express itself.

To produce the best that nature can give us while respecting it.

Let the land work, open and express all the typicity of the terroir through the fruits it allows us to harvest.
