An exceptional Master Class in the heart of Rotterdam with Ian en Wijn and Yannick Prévoteau

Last Friday, January 10, the elegant Putaine restaurant, located on the canal in Rotterdam, hosted an exclusive Master Class organized by our importer partner Ian en Wijn and hosted by Yannick himself. This event took place in a friendly and refined atmosphere, bringing together wine enthusiasts, sommeliers and restaurateurs curious to discover or rediscover our emblematic vintages.

Exceptional vintages for tasting

During this unique session, guests had the opportunity to taste a carefully chosen selection of our wines:

• AMANDINE BRUT : An elegant and floral vintage.

• HERITAGE BRUT : A tribute to traditions with a beautiful structure.

• PERLE DES TREILLES BRUT and Brut Nature : Two subtle expressions of our terroir, perfect for lovers of bubbles.

• ALTER EGO EXTRA BRUT (100% meunier) : A rare and bold wine, which generated a lot of enthusiasm among the participants.

• CONTEMPLATION SOUS-BOIS EXTRA BRUT : A complex and woody vintage, which magnificently closed the tasting.

  
  

A framework conducive to exchanges

The choice of the Putaine restaurant, renowned for its modern setting and inventive cuisine, created an atmosphere conducive to discussion and sharing. Yannick captivated the audience by sharing anecdotes about the history of wines, the specificities of each vintage and personalized tasting advice.
